Embrace Workplace Yoga
I create workplace yoga classes to suit the needs of your organisation. From classes that are active and energetic, to deeply relaxing and restorative. Workplace yoga is a fantastic way to have your colleagues or employees feel more calm, contented and energised during their work day!
